Arrival at Hoggard High School and meeting with hosts!

After the coldest and longest bus drive EVER we finally made our way to Hoggard High School. Everyone was very excited and nervous and tried to control their nerves. Even though all the girls just did their make up in the bus, it was completely impossible not to blush! The sweat was dripping and no one wanted to make the first step outside the bus. A bunch of American students were waiting and the bus stopped right in front of them. It was a little caotic and everyone was trying to find their host between the strangers' faces. When  we finally went outside the bus and got our luggage we were just waiting to get picked up. Some of us found our hosts at the very first sight while others had to wait. They all seemed very friendly and were smiling at us like we were from another planet. The first meeting was very akward and it was hard to keep a conversation going. We were and are still known as the "Danes" or just the danish pets...
